PETITION TO INTRODUCE A TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ON HONEYBORNE ROAD AND CARLTON CLOSE

Councillor David Pears is calling for a Traffic Regulation Order to be issued for Honeyborne Road and Carlton Close

Many residents have raised their grave concerns over recent months about the inconsiderate parking of cars across your driveways and footpaths with both local motorists and even emergency vehicles experiencing difficulty driving down the road.

While a traffic regulation order was introduced across other parts of the estate some years ago, it was not extended to Honeyborne Road which has further suffered from displaced parking from Good Hope Hospital.

More recently with the safer street trial for Whitehouse Common School the situation has got much worse and urgent action is needed.

That is why Councillor David Pears is calling for a Traffic Regulation Order to be issued for Honeyborne Road and Carlton Close in order to tackle inconsiderate parking across driveways and the road while stopping foot paths from being blocked.
