Join the Sutton Coldfield Conservative Association at our much loved Westminster Supper Club. Your ticket will also include a delightful two course meal at Sutton Coldfield Golf Club and at the end of a fascinating speech by our guest speaker, a raffle will also be held with an assortment of prizes.
About our Speaker
Doug began his McDonald’s career as a cleaner in 1981 and rose to lead 26 restaurants across the West Midlands, employing nearly 3,000 people and contributing more than £50 million annually to the regional economy as the head of one of McDonalds largest franchised organisations in the world. Awarded an MBE in 2022, he has served as High Sheriff and Deputy Lieutenant of the West Midlands. Now retired, Doug chairs Kids’ Village, mentors entrepreneurs and continues to support local charities and community organisations, supporting the Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council with its ongoing investments in our Royal Town.
Doug will be telling us about his journey to becoming a stalwart of the West Midlands and will be answering questions at the end of his speech.
All profits from this event will support the Royal Sutton Coldfield Conservative Association and its ongoing running.
