Cllr Derrick Griffin - Walmley & Minworth

Derrick Griffin lives on Allendale Road in Walmley   Village and has since 1968. ‘‘My daughters went to Walmley First and Middle School, during their time there I was chairman of the Parents Association and I then served for one year on the John Wilmott Parent Teacher Association. Since retiring in 1993 I have been    secretary/treasurer of my old Regimental Association in Birmingham.

Cllr David Barrie (Sutton New Hall Ward)

David has lived in the ward for most of his life and was educated locally at Bishop Vesey Grammar School. He has run a consultancy firm for the last ten years.David was first elected in 2009 and is very active in the ward dealing with issues brought up by residents. Since then he has helped to deal with the traffic problems on Green Lanes and sits on two oversight committees - Local Services and Children and Education. Cllr Terry Wood - Walmley & Minworth

Terry Wood lives in Henley Close and is Chairman of Wylde Green Neighbourhood Forum. ‘‘My priority is to help to work with local residents to help Sutton to thrive as a successful independent Town. I want to ensure we as Council Tax payers get value for money.

Cllr David Pears (Sutton Trinity Ward)

David lives in the ward and has lead initiatives to improve Sutton Coldfield including regular litter, graffiti and gum clean ups and a Town Centre Regeneration Plan. He chairs the Trinity Ward Committee, Sutton Park Advisory Committee and Birmingham Council Nature Policy Group as well as being a school govenor at Arthur Terry. Cllr Janet Cairns - Vesey

Janet Cairns lives on Morven Road and is a qualified nurse and works as a healthcare consultant within the NHS and has done for many years (since she we 18). ‘‘What I will bring to the Council is a voice and empathy into issues surrounding disability. Having been a Govenor at Wilson Stuart School which  specialises in the education of children with special needs and having a daughter with cerebral palsy I will offer a unique insight.

Cllr Ewan Mackey

Ewan represents Sutton Trinity Ward, covering Whitehouse Common, Maney, Tudor Hill, the Defence Estates, Falcon Lodge, Little Sutton, Moor Hall and the Town Centre. He has lived on Lichfield Road for 16 years with his wife Julia and his two children. He runs his own businesses transferring VHS to DVD and producing safety and rescue equipment for the emergency services.

Cllr Jackie Cummins - Mere Green

Jackie lives locally and runs a small business which helps other businesses and individuals to develop and grow. Jackie is actively involved in a number of community organisations, the business community and was very proud to be elected as a Town Councillor for Mere Green in 2018.

Cllr Alex Yip - Wylde Green

Alex Yip has been a resident in Walmley Village for over 15 years and a campaigner for protecting the Green Belt and local services.
